Hello chaps just spoke to virgin and they are traffic managing my connection they have capped my ping.And download.
What provider do you reccomend to go to my post code is PE12 9LD (in the sticks)

They have stated they have monitored my downloads as a big user on 5 occasions and traffic managed my connection. W****rs
